What we plan to do together:

As a dynamic and modern residential construction company with around 20 employees and a location in Cologne, we are responsible for the development, planning as well as the implementation and sale of new construction properties. The development of extravagant villas, modern condominiums and hip micro flats is part of our repertoire and we are looking for reinforcement in our team for these exciting projects.

What you bring to us:

The pragmatic and technical pulse of an engineer beats in you and you want to see your concepts and developments of the latest real estate implemented live. You want to make a difference and promote climate protection through, for example, modern green roofs, green facades and the use of economical building materials. You are a strategist, already have experience as an engineer/architect in the work phases five to eight and are proficient in these and know what is important here.

– You work in the project team on the service phases five to eight.
– You support strategic decisions and work independently on project preparation and support implementation.
– You are always up to date: you work on the further development and optimisation of the service specifications and on the subcontractor and planner network.

– Your existing professional experience in residential construction in the above-mentioned areas.

– Your sound knowledge of AVA programs; ideally California as well as general CAD knowledge.
