Schwitzke Project is seeking a Architect/civil engineer (m/f/d) for project management/construction management for our Team in Berlin

We realise complex construction schemes in existing buildings. The portfolio ranges from the implementation of new office environments to innovative stores and from new construction to revitalization. As a general contractor, we assume responsibility for the entire process from planning to turnkey handover throughout Europe.

Deine Aufgaben

Controlling and coordination of all trades on our construction sites in Berlin or also national
Interface management between our subcontractors
Monitoring of quality, schedules and construction budgets
Value engineering
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines and regulations
Organisation of construction meetings, keeping construction diaries
Acceptance of subcontractors’ services
Participation in the acceptance of our general contractor services by the client and by authorities
Coordinating and monitoring the remedy of defects
Invoicing of construction services

Unsere Erwartungen

Study of (interior) architecture or civil engineering or comparable training/experience
Experience in the realisation of projects in the fields of reconstruction, shell construction, interior fittings and/or turnkey construction
A sense of timing and quality
Distinct commercial and numerical understanding
Knowledge of the MS Office products
Good knowledge of English or French is an advantage
An independent and solution-oriented working method
A service-oriented but binding approach
Team spirit and communication skills
