For trips to our customers, you will need a Class B driver’s license and our company cars will be available to you.
Advantages
Flat hierarchies are also successful in medium-sized businesses, and at the same time, we offer job security in a growth-oriented company.
Your performance should pay off, which is why, in addition to adequate salaries, we also offer Christmas and vacation bonuses. Overtime pay from the first hour and the payment of capital-forming benefits are also an integral part of our benefits.
Whether it’s fuel vouchers for your car or free charging for your e-bike: we support your personal mobility concept.
Want to build a strong network? We cover the costs for professional associations.
New work also works in the construction industry: We’ll find a working time model that fits your life stage. We can talk about anything, so that it’s fair for both sides.
Welcome and encouraged: We can integrate training, further education, and trade fair visits into your daily work routine. Stays abroad during training are also possible.
We make hard work easier wherever possible: Most construction sites are local, we have digital order processing, and by having direct customer contact, we avoid “telephone game” scenarios and unnecessary agreements that are better handled directly rather than through detours.
Priceless: Transparency, our positive work environment with opportunities for development, and regular outings, parties, and other team events.
