Bauzeichner*in (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Planung Tiefbau, Massivbau und Stahlbau mit Erfahrung für den Standort Grimma

Ihre Aufgaben

Umsetzen der von Projekt- oder Fachgruppenleitung kommenden Aufgabenstellung zur Realisierung von:

Grundlagendokumentationen
Planungstätigkeiten für Grundlagenermittlungen, Vorprojektstudien und Studien
Entwurfsplanungen
Genehmigungsplanungen
Ausführungsplanungen

Schwerpunkte dabei sind:

das Erstellen objektbezogener Lagepläne
das Erstellen von Lastplänen
die Erarbeitung von Schachtplänen
die Bearbeitung der Schalplanung mit konstruktiven Grundlagen der Bewehrungsplanung
das Erstellen von Stahlbauübersichtszeichnungen
die Prüfung und Dokumentation von Unterlagen aller Fachgewerke auf bauspezifische Inhalte

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauzeichner m/w/d für Tiefbau, Massivbau und Stahlbau im Chemieanlagenbau
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauzeichner m/w/d
Sehr gute MS-Office und AutoCAD/Allplan/BricsCAD Kenntnisse
Optional CAD (PDS Intergraph – Modul Frameworks)
Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, mindestens C1
Gute Englisch Kenntnisse
Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, kommunikativ

Full-time, Bucharest – Ploiesti / Romania

Your tasks:

Working on interesting structural analysis concepts for industrial plants
Preparation of static calculations for concrete and steel structures
Supporting the project engineer in the preparation of quantity surveys and tender documents
Working together with other engineering disciplines, e.g. piping, mechanical engineering, etc.
Carrying out measurements, troubleshooting or acceptances on the construction site

Your profile:

Completed technical training (CCIA Faculty Bucharest,…)
Very good three-dimensional perception, strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office & structural analysis software, AutoCAD
Good knowledge of Romanian and English
Profound specialist knowledge in the field of steel and concrete construction
Knowledge of national and international technical standards and regulations
Driving License

Head of electrical & instrumentation (m/f/d)

Fulltime, Ploiesti / Bucharest

Your Responsibilities

Coordination of all work in the E&I department
Overview of all department projects and ensuring deadlines
Participation in all meetings (internal / external)
Working on interesting projects for industrial plants
Preparation of project documents (data sheets, specifications, diagrams, lists, calculations,….)
Supporting the project engineer in the preparation of quantity surveys and tender documents
Participation to HAZID/HAZOP sessions
Carrying out surveys, troubleshooting or acceptances on the construction site
On-site inspections and solution finding during the planning- and execution phase
Performing procurement tasks during tendering process for equipment vendors (bid analyses, clarifications, meetings…)
Providing inputs for quotations (Scope of work, man-hours estimations,….)

Your Qualification

Education in instrumentation or electrical engineering
Knowledge of the relevant national and international standards (EN, API, …)
Knowledge of required softwares (ACAD, Excel, Word, …) or willingness to learn them
Proficiency English speaking is an advantage
