VC-backed (Callisto, Caesar, etc). Seed funded. Team of <10, all high agency.

Stack: Python, FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, NextJS, GCP.

Flutter and GCP experience a plus.

5+ years building production systems. High-ownership environments required.

Startup or regulated industry (healthcare, banking) preferred. Strong SDLC, CI/CD, and English essential.

€130k–€200k base + equity. Full-time, in-person in Munich.

We're looking for builders with high agency, systems intuition, and the ability to hold multiple domains in your head at once.
