Civil Engeneering Site Manager (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated employees to join our team in Neumünster.

Your responsibilities:

Independent, comprehensive management of construction projects, taking into account technical, organizational, and economic aspects
Coordination and review of subcontractors’ work on the construction site
Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, clarifying technical details both internally and with the client
Preparation of quantity surveys and invoices
Drafting and enforcing change orders
Preparation of construction schedules
Coordination of personnel and subcontractors
Monitoring of the construction process and inspection of site results

Your Profile:

A degree in civil engineering or a certification as a state-certified technician would be an advantage
Initial professional experience in a similar role is desirable
Proficiency in building codes and a solid understanding of guidelines and standards
Analytical and results-oriented work style with a high degree of independence
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications as well as a billing and costing program (ideally iTWO)
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Confident demeanor, flexibility, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team
