Job description

Your tasks

Preparation of specifications and design documents
Quantity takeoffs
Calculation and cost estimates
Construction site management and construction supervision
Creation of reports and documentation
Cooperative collaboration with all project participants
Participation in planning and construction meetings
Process improvement; we welcome new impulses and ideas for optimizing our processes

Your profile

Qualification as a construction technician or master craftsman in the primary construction sector, with at least 3 years of practical work experience
Strong analytical and business management mindset and relevant experience in reviewing construction plans
Knowledge of building law / statics / construction
Experience in handling and in-depth knowledge of AVA programs
Confident handling of Office applications and CAD-Allplan desirable
Independent, structured, quality-oriented and careful way of working
Enjoy transferring knowledge and exchanging ideas with other experts, combined with assertiveness
communication skills; the courage to develop your own ideas, as well as a passion for exciting projects
