Your area of responsibility includes …

Tendering – awarding (focus on HOAI LP 6-7)
Preparation of specifications, review of bids and monitoring of the awarding processes of highly interesting high-tech industrial construction projects
Reinforcement of the project management team in full-time

You offer …

completed studies in the field of construction management | architecture
at least 5 years of professional experience (preferably in industrial construction)
knowledge of AVA tools and VOB (California, MS Project, MS Office)
communication skills & team spirit
self-responsibility and flexibility
CAD knowledge is advantageous (AutoCAD & Revit)
