Engineer for Statical Calculations of Structural Steel

We are looking for experienced and well-qualified engineers for steel structures. Please send your application!

Your profile:

motivated, flexible, ability to work under pressure and being engaged are essential.
fluent in German (spoken & written).
Masters or Bachelor Degree or Diploma with focus on civil engineering, structural steel, etc.
at least 3 years of experience in calculating steel structures and creating statical documents in english and german.
experience in calculating concrete / solid structures would be ideal.
excellent knowledge of at least 1 calculation software, ideally RStab / RFEM (2D and 3D).
experience with CAD-software like TEKLA (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) or Microstation (2D) would be ideal.
good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
being able to get quickly acquainted with new codes and regulations.
team-oriented and being able to work effectively in bigger project teams.
you are working independently, accurately and have strong analytical abilities.
fluent English (spoken and written) including the ability to do project meetings in english, if necessary.

Your job:

Statical Calculations: calculations of structural steel (structures / buildings) and detail / connection calculations.
Self-dependent projects as well as working in teams with Structural Engineers, Detail Designers and Draftsmen.
Supporting Structural and Detail Designers and Draftsmen.
Consulting and coordination with project members (Clients, Engineers, Inspectors, Manufacturers, etc.).
Project work with clients from different industries and with individual requirements (Codes, Regulations, Site Conditions).
Leader or Member of project teams consisting of architects, structural designers, engineers, technicians and draftsmen.

CAD-Desk with 24”-Monitor, Steel Structure Calculation Applications, Email, Internet.
