Structural engineer

Full or part-time

In order to meet the constantly growing requirements in terms of sustainability and structural component optimisation, we are looking for motivated and innovative civil engineers with a specialisation in structural engineering for our design office based in Neu-Anspach (Taunus), who see it as a challenge to develop more straightforward solutions with the regulated construction material steel fibre reinforced concrete and steel fibre reinforced concrete in combination with traditional reinforcement (combined reinforcement) for demanding projects.

YOUR TASKS

Designing and calculating demanding structural components is your own responsibility, both in steel fibre reinforced concrete and in combined reinforcement for projects in general building construction (especially multi-storey construction), for multifunctional buildings and industrial buildings
You coordinate between designers, checking engineers, general contractors and other people or institutions involved in the construction project

As a specialist in steel fibre reinforced concrete, you advise customers and interested parties and enable economical and sustainable solutions

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree as a civil engineer with a focus on structural engineering

You have at least 3 years experience in structural design in general building construction

Good written and spoken English language skills are an advantage
You are open-minded, solution-oriented, sociable and enjoy working in a team

Convincing communication skills and a high level of commitment are self-evident with you

You handle subject-specific IT (statics, FEM, CAD programs) with confidence and are well acquainted with all Microsoft Office programs
