Join our Cleanroom Qualification team and play a key role in ensuring GMP-compliant cleanroom environments for leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and high-tech manufacturing facilities. In this hands-on position, you will perform qualification measurements, calibrations, and technical assessments while contributing to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Prepare qualification documentation, measurement protocols, and test procedures.
Perform cleanroom qualification measurements in accordance with GMP and ISO 14644 requirements.
Execute calibration activities for measuring and testing equipment.
Independently manage, monitor, and maintain your assigned portfolio of measuring instruments.
Evaluate measurement results and prepare GMP-compliant documentation and qualification reports.
Operate and maintain a wide range of cleanroom qualification and environmental monitoring equipment.
Support on-site qualification projects while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Show your expertise

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Mechatronics) or a comparable technical qualification; career changers with a strong technical background or cleanroom experience are welcome.
Initial experience in field service, technical services, cleanroom qualification, or a comparable customer-facing environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of GMP regulations (particularly EU GMP Annex 1), ISO 14644, and HVAC systems is desirable.
Customer-focused, quality-driven, and capable of working independently with a structured approach.
Team player with strong technical interest, analytical thinking, and a hands-on mindset.
Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations; valid Class B driving licence required.
Fluent German language skills and a reliable, professional attitude in dealing with customers and colleagues.
