Technical management

The skills of our technical leaders go beyond reporting on the end-to-end flow of deliverables and preparing fabrication and installation documents on time, quality and budget. In addition to supporting and leading their teams, they act as focal points for the client and are responsible for coordinating and aligning optimised information flows and validating designs.
Other tasks include:

Ensuring quality, compliance with rules and standards
Ensure deliverable flows through reprioritisation of planning and schedules
Communication with different departments and coordination of the designs of several teams

Commissioning

Our experts accompany the entire process from conception to commissioning, both for first-time use and within optimisation projects. Their industrial experience ranges from shipbuilding to IT services. They check and test individual components and functions to ensure on-time handover and, above all, to deliver a flawless product.

Stress calculation

The expertise of our stress engineers combines excellent specialist knowledge and years of practice. They have in-depth knowledge of a wide range of aircraft programmes and are responsible for stress calculations and assessments of various aircraft components as well as conducting analyses:

Stress and fatigue analyses of various aircraft components
Buckling stress and bending load test
Carrying out comparative studies and error analyses
Design proposals according to the results of calculations and analyses carried out

Installation

Our teams ensure the highest quality and performance of the equipment and instruments to be installed. The lead team is responsible for the management of interfaces, construction documentation, identification, problem and bottleneck resolution and reporting. You will work alongside engineers whose duties include the following:

Preparation of concepts and documents for acceptance by the client
Ensuring release for production
Ensure compliance with all current regulations
Tests and commissioning
