Project Duration: 4 months

Working Hours: 50 hours per week

Job description

Supervise a team of pipefitters, welders, and mechanical installers.

Daily meetings with Clients and written progress reporting.

Ensure that all project activities are executed safely and efficiently.

Coordinate daily operations and allocate tasks to team members.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.

Address any issues or challenges that arise within the team.

Maintain a high standard of quality and safety compliance (with a focus on piping and mechanical standards).

Report project status and performance metrics to upper management.Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role, specifically in the mechanical and piping installation sector.

Previous experience working on pharmaceutical projects is a strong plus.

Language skills: Communicative knowledge of English and Polish is required.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willing to work abroad (Frankfurt, Germany).

Relevant certifications in mechanical engineering or piping supervision are a plus.We offer
