Development Technician (m/f/d) – Research & Development

We are now looking for you at our location in Stein an der Traun as a Development Technician (m/f/d) – Research und Development:

Your tasks with us

Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of test setups on prototypes.
Conduct and document tests and measurement series.
Assist with the evaluation of test results.
Maintain and prepare technical documentation, test reports, and test summaries.
Providing administrative support to the R&D team for ongoing development projects.
Assisting with the organization and tracking of development and testing activities.

What you bring with you

Completed vocational training, a college degree, or equivalent in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, sports technology, or a related field.
Technical understanding and an interest in hands-on development and testing tasks.
A structured and meticulous approach to work.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Good German and English skills are a plus.
A hands-on mindset and a passion for trying things out in practice.

What’s Especially Important to Us

Our development work doesn’t always proceed at a steady pace. Test setups and test series are often project-specific and can at times require a greater time commitment, while there may also be quieter periods between individual test phases or times when the work shifts to a desk.

can organize their work schedule flexibly,
is available to work several hours at a time on test setups when needed,
can adapt to fluctuating workloads,
is comfortable with documentation tasks.
