SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN (m/f/d)

** Full-time / Worldwide Deployment **

AP Marine GmbH – a global leader in watertight and fire-rated door systems for ships and offshore structures – is looking for a Senior Service Technician to carry out installations and service missions at customer sites around the world.

Your Responsibilities

Worldwide deployment for installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and modifications at customer sites
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting — mechanical, electrical, and software-related
Handling technical support requests via email and phone; documenting results in defined channels (Teams, OneNote, Planner)
Conducting crew briefings and safety system inductions during commissioning
Full documentation of work performed — materials, labour, acceptance reports — and provision of all data for billing
Close coordination with the After Sales Coordinator, Supervisor, and Logistics
Handover of service results to customers including sales-oriented maintenance documentation

Your Profile

Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electronics, or similar)
Experience in mechanical engineering or plant construction is an advantage
Sound knowledge of mechanics and electrics; independent and solution-oriented approach
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including multi-week assignments
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
English proficiency at min. B2 level
