## Job Description_x000D_
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex architecture, planning, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. This is a client-facing leadership role, focused on providing strategic project management support across the full project lifecycle—from early feasibility and concept development through detailed design and delivery._x000D_
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in managing complex projects for National Government and/or Department of Defense (DoD) clients, combined with proven leadership of geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary delivery teams. A strong understanding of the German market, local regulations, approval processes, and project delivery frameworks is essential._x000D_
This role requires a senior professional who can operate confidently with high-profile public-sector stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and support business growth in Germany and across the wider region._x000D_
**Responsibilities:**_x000D_
– Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract management – Ownership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of your project – Preparing and maintaining schedules, including dependencies and resources – Identifying and monitoring project risks and opportunities – Quality management processes for project activities and outputs – Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests – Establishing and maintaining project governance reviews – Strong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional team – Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified, and acted upon – Manage the delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards – Co-ordination and sign off on all management information produced by project management teams prior to issue_x000D_
## Qualifications_x000D_
**Minimum Requirements**_x000D_
– Academic or vocational qualification in a relevant technical or project management discipline – Engineering or Architectural background – Excellent English skills (German is a plus) – Experience with National Governments and DoD clients – Experience in managing large architecture and planning projects – Experience in managing large delivery teams from different geographies_x000D_
