Your responsibilities

Specialist technical building management for the execution
of construction projects
Independent coordination of construction projects to
ensure quality, cost control and adherence to deadlines
Drafting of tenders and the independent
preparation and execution of the awarding of
construction contracts
Qualified client representation for the client
in all technical matters

Your profile

Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder
der Architektur an einer Universität/FH
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen AVA-Programmen
(vorzugsweise Orca und / oder iTWO)
Beratungs- und Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsstärke,
starke Kundenorientierung und freundliches, engagiertes
Auftreten
Leistungsbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
