Establishment, management, and technical leadership of local engineering teams at the Pune (India) site.
Close collaboration with German departments on joint development and testing projects.
Participation in international client projects with OEMs in the field of Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems.
Support in competency building as well as the professional and personal development of colleagues in India.
Coordination of work packages, reporting, and alignment with international stakeholders.
Involvement in function development or software testing – depending on your specialization and experience.
Proven professional experience in building, expanding, and managing international teams.

How You Will Drive Us Forward

Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field), international qualifications are an advantage
Several years of experience in the automotive industry
Profound knowledge of function development or software testing
Experience in client projects and direct communication with German OEMs
Ability to coordinate international teams and share knowledge effectively
Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is an advantage
The position is performed permanently on-site in Pune
