Site Mechanical Superintendent/Supervisor

Salzgitter, Germania

ClarineT is looking for a Site Mechanical Superintendent / Supervisor for an industrial assignment in Germany.

Location: Germany

Start: ASAP

Sector: Industrial / Steelmaking / Mechanical Construction

Candidates: European candidates only / candidates already eligible to work in Europe

Main activities

Supervise mechanical site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, project specifications, quality and HSE requirements;
Coordinate a small team of 5/6 workers involved in steel structure modification activities;
Follow up piping hydrotest, reinstatement and punch list closure;
Supervise equipment installation and related mechanical works;
Monitor progress, solve site issues and coordinate with construction, QA/QC, HSE and project teams;
Prepare daily reports and verify completion of works before handover.

Requirements

Previous experience as Mechanical Superintendent, Mechanical Supervisor, Piping Supervisor, Steel Structure Supervisor or similar;
Strong background in mechanical construction on industrial plants;
Experience in steel structure modification, piping, hydrotest and equipment installation;
Ability to manage small site teams directly;
Good English knowledge;
European nationality or valid right to work in Europe;
Availability for ASAP start in Germany.
